At Verona Coffee Store, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We would like to share our return and refund policy, which is valid for 3 days from the date of purchase.
Return Period:
You may return products or request a refund within 3 days from the date of purchase.
After 3 Days:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer full refunds or exchanges after the 3-day period.
Return Conditions:
To ensure eligibility for a refund, the following conditions must be met before submitting your request:
- Product Condition: The product must be unused and in the condition you received it.
- Original Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging.
- You can return items from the “Coffee” category, provided they are only whole coffee beans.
Ground Coffee:
Ground coffee cannot be returned.
Refund Process:
- Product Receipt: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirming the product’s receipt.
- Refund Confirmation: We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not.
- Refund Processing: Once approved, the refund will be processed automatically, and the amount will appear on your original payment method within a specified period.
Returning the Order:
We will send a shipping representative to the address you used for receiving the order.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the order, and these fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
